Growing Friends - One Friend at a Time
| How your gift can help: |

Provides 3 hours of volunteer transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and errands for a frail elder. |
$120
Provides background screening, training and placement of one volunteer who helps with respite, transportation or friendly visiting. Friends in Action volunteers average 70 hours of service a year. |

Sponsors one low-income participant for the Powerful Tools for Caregiving program. |
$250
Purchases ten “Caregiver Helpbooks”---a valuable resource for family caregivers. |
$500
Provides annual mileage reimbursement for all of our volunteers. Friends in Action volunteers provide at least 30 rides each month to frail elders. |
$2000
Sponsors an entire class of 15 participants for the Powerful Tools for Caregiving program. |
